Fredrick Hull graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors Degree in Economics (1998) with an emphasis in law. Eager to continue his studies of economics, Mr. Hull remained at Oklahoma State University and earned a Masters Degree in Economics (2000). Throughout his college endeavors, Mr. Hull held a variety of jobs; a summer internship for a local lawyer had a lasting effect on him. Upon graduation from Oklahoma State University, Mr. Hull enrolled in law school and graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 2003.
While attending law school, Mr. Hull interned for two extremely successful civil law firms. Each of the firm’s primary focus was civil and personal injury law. Mr. Hull was able to participate in and conduct research for multi-million dollar lawsuits. Working under the guidance of these personal injury attorneys gave Mr. Hull a unique perspective in regards to injury law. Civil and personal injury attorneys are the only ones who can help those individuals who have been unjustly harmed and taken advantage of by big businesses, corporations, insurance companies, and common criminals.
The civil law justice system is not designed to exist inside a courtroom. It encourages monetary settlements and compromise. Therefore, civil and personal injury attorneys rarely step in front of a jury. Mr. Hull wanted to be a courtroom lawyer. The opportunity to champion a client’s cause in front of a jury is what Mr. Hull believed to be the role of a true trial lawyer.
To be a successful trial lawyer, Mr. Hull knew he needed courtroom experience. Since very few civil and personal injury attorneys ever acquire substantial trial experience throughout their careers, Mr. Hull knew that he needed to take an alternative path.
Upon graduation, Mr. Hull turned down a job at a civil law firm and took a position as a criminal prosecutor instead. Mr. Hull spent over six years successfully prosecuting criminals in the state of Texas. During this time, he personally conducted over three hundred jury trials. Mr. Hull’s efforts have secured convictions of some of the worst types of crimes. He has convicted those individuals charged with crimes ranging from rape, robbery, and murder.
In 2010, Mr. Hull left the State Prosecutor’s Office and began his private practice. Since this time, Mr. Hull has garnered a reputation as a formidable opponent inside the courtroom — a trial lawyer who doesn’t lose.
In 2012, the law firm of Jones & Hull, P.C. was formed. Mr. Hull, now an experienced and skilled trial attorney, intends to put his skills to use for his clients by taking on big businesses, corporations, and insurance companies. Mr. Hull’s experience and fierce competitiveness inside the courtroom separates him from other civil attorneys.
Jones & Hull, P.C. has joined forces with the highly successful and extremely respected civil attorney at the Law Office of W. William Jones. The Law Office of W. William Jones has over thirty-seven years of civil and personal injury law experience. During this time, Mr. Jones has recovered millions of dollars for his clients and helped to ensure that the lives of individuals and the welfare of their families were not destroyed by injustice and the wrongdoings of others.
By combining the courtroom experience of Jones & Hull, P.C. and the vast civil law knowledge of W. William Jones, the law firm offers its clients a successful combination they will not find anywhere else.
